Undeniably Swedish sounding evil death metal. Before you turn your nose up in disgust, this isn't the run of the mill sort that hide the lackluster riffs they have impetuously shit out behind a wall of HM2 pedal fuzz. While employing the trademark tone of Swedeath, Witchvomit don't limit their musical influence from just Scandinavia. On this full length they have definitely grown more into a sound of their own from the material on their demo. With some heavy nods to Floridian morbidity, they still reek as if they have been rooting through Stockholm's greasiest gutters. Loads of killer hooks, deranged vocals, smashing Paleolithic drums and a rotten wall of guitar and bass. If you don't like this, you simply don't like death metal.
