Description
Effluvia has been around since 1992 but starting in 2004, we were doomed to be on indefinite hiatus due to many personal problems. A chance encounter and an offer to reunite for a show changed all of that. Because of the overwhelming support for us, 2016 saw an end to Effluvia's hiatus. 2017 saw us do a few more shows so we decided to resurrect our long gestating and archived self titled full length and release it on 12/12/2017. It wasn't until early December 2017 and after the releasing the self titled album that we were itching to record new material, as we haven't recorded as a band for over a decade.
We decided on a mixed set of some old songs and quite a few new ones for our digital E.P. Laboratory Casualties. But we weren't done. We loved the sessions so much that we decided to do a CD pressing and include more songs. Enjoy the toils. -Effluvia
